Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, unused, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please contact us and receive approval before sending the product back. Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the address where the product should be sent.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered within the European Union, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

The product must be returned in accordance with applicable law. Where legally applicable, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
